Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) will publishes The All India recruitment of Probationary Engineers (PEs) / Probationary Officer (HR) Written Examination Result 2011. the Date of Written Examination 4th July 2011.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
For PEs, First class in Engineering Degree from AICTE approved Colleges / recognised Universities in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication / Mechanical / Computer Science / Computer Science and Engineering/Civil Engineering/Chemical Engineering. Candidates with AMIE / GIETE in the above specializations should have secured first class.
For PO (HR), For General / OBC candidates – First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years full-time) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute / Post Graduate Degree qualification in Human Resources Management. For SC/ST/PWD candidates – Second class in any of the above Post Graduate qualifications

SPECIAL DISPENSATION FOR SCHEDULED CASTE / SCHEDULED TRIBE AND PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS FOR ALL THE ABOVE POSTS:
Pass class for SC/ST/PWD in Engineering disciplines and Second Class in Post Graduate qualification mentioned at above.
Candidates currently studying in the final semester / final year of BE / B.Tech / B.Sc engineering and MSW/MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma with specialization in HR (Full Time)and who will be taking their final semester/final year exams in the month of May/June 2010 are also eligible to apply. Candidates who have completed their Engineering Degree /MSW/MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma with specialization in HR in 2007 & later are only eligible. Candidates who have completed their course prior to 2007 are not eligible.
